Shipping policy

Our delivery services are available for mainland regions in New Zealand and Australia and include the following:

  • 3-5 business day priority delivery
  • Free shipping on purchases over $50 in New Zealand
  • Free shipping for purchases over $100 to Australia 
  • Track and Trace for all parcels
  • Free returns within 30 days from purchase for all online purchases
  • All items on our website can be purchased & delivered
  • We ship Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders will be processed and collected by the courier from our distribution centre the same or next working day depending on the time the order is placed. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 business days but are unable to guarantee this as deliveries are done by a third party. Rural areas may take longer.

It is a requirement to provide a physical delivery address where a responsible individual will be available to receive the package. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to parcels once they have been delivered.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Billing & Credit Cart Details
To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Entering a billing address and phone number that does not match your bank’s records may result in delays to your order.

Cancelling & Modifying Orders
Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please go to our returns information page or contact our customer service team at wecare@holski.com.

At present, our international delivery services are exclusively available in Australia. We encourage you to visit us regularly as we have plans to broaden our reach to other destinations in the future.

We kindly request payments to be made using credit cards and accounts issued within New Zealand and Australia. In the event that an online order has been placed with an overseas card, we regret to inform you that your order will be cancelled, and our customer service team will promptly notify you of this situation.

Submitted Your order has been placed through the website and is being transferred to our warehouse
In Process Your order has been received by our warehouse and is being picked and prepared for delivery
Complete Your order is with our freight carriers and is on the way, or has been delivered to you

 

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This email will include a link to the Courier website where you can track the progress of your delivery.
