Holski (the brand) and holski.com (the Site) is managed, published, and maintained by the brand owner Supplemetics Limited, located at 92 Gracefield Road, Gracefield Wellington 5010 (the Company, our, us, we).

Information you provide: The information Supplemetics Limited collects about you depends on the services requested, but may include the following:

Information collected about you: Your contact details. Your name, postal address and other contact details, such as your telephone number and e-mail address. We may also collect information regarding your use of our online services. This may include data regarding the pages you visit and the products and services you like and purchase. When you visit the Site we may also collect information such as the address of your Internet service provider, the name of the webpage directing you, and your clicks and activity on the Site.

Holski Rewards programme: we collect Personal Information about New Zealand members of the Holski Rewards programme, which may include account verification details, your account email and login details (such as your name, date of birth, age, country of residence), and your marketing and newsletter preferences. More information on how data is managed in respect of your Holski Rewards account is set out in the “Holski Rewards” section below.

If you do not provide us with certain information on request, we may not be able to provide goods or services to you.

What do we do with your personal information
Your Personal Information is primarily collected to enable us to complete your retail transactions with us and to gain an understanding of your preferences and requirements in order that we can provide information, goods and services that are of interest to you. Your Personal Information is also collected to enable us to provide one or more services to you, to assist Supplemetics Limited to improve its service where possible and to enhance your use of the Site.

In addition, we may use the information to promote and market our products and services, or the products and services of others. However, we will not do this by email or text (except as part of an email which facilitates, completes or confirms a transaction with you) unless we have your express, inferred or deemed consent to do so. Holski Rewards
If you sign up for the Holski Rewards programme, your Holski account information is managed by Supplemetics Limited. Your Holski Rewards account may be used for other services and programmes provided by Holski or any other Supplemetics group company. All information Supplemetics or its group companies collect through your use of Supplemetics services will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How we share your information
We do not sell, trade or rent your Personal Information to others.

However, we may use third-party service providers that we engage to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail and emails and processing payments. They will have access to your Personal Information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for other purposes.
