Refund policy
Subject to the terms and conditions that follow below you may return your online purchase for the following reasons:
- You have changed your mind about the item; or
- The item does not match your order; or
- The item is damaged or faulty.
Returns Policy
Please note:
- All return requests must be approved by Holski before they are returned (as per the returns process below).
Change of mind returns
Returning an item that you ordered but no longer want is a change of mind.
If you wish to return an online purchase due to a change of mind, it must be:
- The original online purchase
- Unused
- In the original packaging, boxes and tamper seals are intact
- In a new saleable condition
- Returned within 30 days of when you received the order

All other returns
- If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact customer service click here.
- If you have received an item that you consider is faulty, please click here, and fill out the form.
A customer service representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
Refunds
Once Holski receives the online purchase item and validates that the item meets with the description of the issue or fault as supplied by you, Holski will: If the item is returned due to change of mind and the product meets the returns policy criteria above for change of mind returns as determined by Holski, you will receive a refund for this item. The shipping fee that you pay to return the change of mind Online Purchase is non-refundable. If the product is returned due to change of mind and the product does not meet the policy criteria above as determined by Holski, the product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be paid by Holski.
If the product is returned due to fault and is deemed faulty as determined by Holski, the product will be refunded and all freight and handling charges will be paid by Holski.
If the product is returned due to a fault and is not deemed to be faulty as determined by Holski, the item will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be paid by Holski.
Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.
Holski will endeavour to complete the validation process within 7 working days of the receipt of the returned products. If you fail to obtain written approval from Holski to return a product Holski will not process your request. The product will be returned to you and all freight and handling charges (to you) will be paid by Holski.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if the request meets all necessary criteria as requested and disclosed to Holski and complies with our Returns Policy (as above).
The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled to under the Fair Trading Act 1986, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
