Returns

Easy. If you change your mind and no longer want the item, if it’s unused, in a new saleable condition and returned within 30 days from purchase, you can return it, no questions asked. Please contact our customer care team first to organise a refund.

It’s totally stress-free. Please email us before you return your item. A customer service representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. 

Apologies, we do check, cross-check and then check again, but we’re only human. Email our customer care team, and they will organise sending you the correct item along with a returning courier sachet for the incorrect item.

Oops, sorry! Don’t worry, we’ll put it right quickly. Email the customer care team. Sometimes we will ask for a picture, other times we might need the damaged item returned, but a replacement will be dispatched and on its way quickly.

Our courier service is supported by two trusted partners, NZ Post and DHL, ensuring reliable and efficient deliveries. While acknowledging that no courier service is flawless, we strive to provide our customers in New Zealand with a high-quality experience. Additionally, we offer a complimentary service as well as a premium option to cater to different needs. Moreover, we extend our services to Australia by offering subsidised shipping options.

Orders are dispatched same day until 3pm. After that, it takes 3–5 working days for the courier to deliver.

Yes, we do. Rural deliveries take 5–7 working days. 

No, sorry. We only ship to physical addresses where someone will be present to receive the delivery.

You can opt to have your order left somewhere safe outside your address. However, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after it is delivered. 

Tracking your Holski order is a breeze! Simply log into your account on the Holski website and navigate to the order section. There, you can easily view the fulfilment status of your recent order. Once your order has been fulfilled, click on the order information, and you'll find your tracking information right there. If you don't have an account, no problem! As soon as your order is fulfilled, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email titled "Your Holski order is on its way." Inside the email, you'll find a tracking link to keep tabs on your package. In case you haven't received the email yet, rest assured that we're actively working on getting it to you soon.

Easy peasy! Log in to your account through the Holski website and check out the status of your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information and you can find your tracking information there. 

No account? Stand by … as soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your Holski order is on its way”. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! We’re working on getting this to you shortly.

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible.
