Easy. If you change your mind and no longer want the item, if it’s unused, in a new saleable condition and returned within 30 days from purchase, you can return it, no questions asked. Please contact our customer care team first to organise a refund.

Apologies, we do check, cross-check and then check again, but we’re only human. Email our customer care team, and they will organise sending you the correct item along with a returning courier sachet for the incorrect item.

Orders are dispatched same day until 3pm. After that, it takes 3–5 working days for the courier to deliver.

Yes, we do. Rural deliveries take 5–7 working days. 

No, sorry. We only ship to physical addresses where someone will be present to receive the delivery.

You can opt to have your order left somewhere safe outside your address. However, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after it is delivered. 

Tracking your Holski order is a breeze! Simply log into your account on the Holski website and navigate to the order section. There, you can easily view the fulfilment status of your recent order. Once your order has been fulfilled, click on the order information, and you'll find your tracking information right there. If you don't have an account, no problem! As soon as your order is fulfilled, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email titled "Your Holski order is on its way." Inside the email, you'll find a tracking link to keep tabs on your package. In case you haven't received the email yet, rest assured that we're actively working on getting it to you soon.

No account? Stand by … as soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your Holski order is on its way”. You can check your balance and rewards any time by clicking the View Rewards tab on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated reward points balance. From here, you can click through to your rewards profile, where you can redeem rewards. 

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you’ll be
able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just enter your unique discount code and click Apply. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

Holski reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

Coupons can only be redeemed once.

If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Points never expire. However, Holski website accounts are deleted after a 2-year period of inactivity.
